Veronica Coburn

Veronica is a Registered Social Worker who supports individuals, youth (ages 10+), and families through some of life’s most challenging and overwhelming seasons. Her work is centred on neurodivergence, with a strong focus on ADHD and autism, helping clients better understand themselves, reduce shame, and build strategies that actually work for their brains and lives.

She works closely with families and parents navigating neurodivergence, parenting stress, and changing family dynamics, as well as individuals facing major life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional burnout. Veronica also supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that come with motherhood, offering a grounded and compassionate space during periods of change.

In addition, Veronica has experience working with those in helping professions and first responders who carry high levels of responsibility, stress, and emotional load, and who often struggle to prioritize their own needs.

Veronica holds an undergraduate degree in Disability Studies and Psychology, which informs her affirming, strengths-based approach. Her work is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from cognitive behavioural, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused therapies. She focuses on helping clients feel more regulated, confident, and aligned in their day-to-day lives.
